Committed to Care is Enable’s package for our staff, including our frontline care providers. It provides a minimum pay rate of £10.80 per hour — £0.90 more than the real Living Wage. 

Other benefits include a £1,000 refer a friend payment, and a qualification payment for new staff who have already achieved their SVQ qualification.
