We work to the principles of supported employment, taking a tailored approach to deliver the right job for the right person. We also deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) to assist people with severe and enduring mental health problems into employment Over the years, we’ve worked with thousands of employers to help them welcome disabled people into their places of work.
